Today in the coffee roastery, Sean is roasting and sampling the following:
Colombian – Fruity and chocolatey notes
Peruvian – Smooth and sweet
Kopi Luwak – Nutty and chocolatey
Sean says “the coffee is excellent with notes of fuit in the Colombian, all in all a good batch”
Sean samples the coffees initially in a Giesen W1 coffee roaster, one of our smallest at the roastery. After doing so we he hit the espresso machine to try the coffees. This is to make sure the coffee is of the highest standered. As you can see in the picture above of sean sampling. we hoep you enjoy.
